I have been a user for over 20 years, Cox bought them and I thought it would improve but it is horrible, now they are charging more for less. I don't think anyone would have an issue with paying if they even had a phone app. They belong in the same pile as fax machines! The process is so broken, I wish someone would buy them and fix it!

Currently on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to billing. They have switched to a new car counting system that pretends you are listing a different car if you change anything in the order. Went from paying $250 a month in February, to $389 a month for March and April, and then now they want $600 a month for me to list (what ends up being 150 cars) this month as I have 3 days left.

My 2025 LX 600 (brand new) bought for $114k has not been delivered till today (since 4/15/25 because the Dispatcher accepted my load as (Hookers Towing LLC with a valid insurance) after I assigned to them. The whole numbers are switched off. Central dispatch is saying it’s not their fault. They really have to worry about it because I have every detail of the transaction and if those people could appear so accurate (because I have been using central dispatch for years now) then they should worry about the platform because I will certainly not accept

They allow crooks, thieves and pedophiles on their platform. My 16 year old daughter was learning how to book cars, a grown man ( Broker) was trying to lure my daughter out of the house. I called Central dispatch to complain and they said “ We don’t get involved”. They don’t give a flying fk. Going to the cops.

TERRIBLE! They had an OKAY system then decided to "upgrade" it and raise the rates. The new system is so full of problems which they don't fix or take weeks to address. The old system was much much better and it was just okay. Customer service literally non existent with no responses. Look at the review score! How often do you see ANYTHING this bad in this day and age. NO ACCOUNTABILITY I guess to anyone. Whomever is designing and managing the "new" site needs to be replaced.

I used to love Central Dispatch but the new version of CD is a piece of s... More difficult, less usefull and of course more expensive, focused on robbing customers. I'm not going to work with CD anymore, moving to Super Dispatch.

Central dispatch has been sold numerous times,now owned by COX Automotive the web site has become total trash.The last update in January of 2025 has made the site more difficult to use,easier for scammers to steal vehicles and the raise in price repeatedly screwing the subscribers is atrocious and the rating and review section is horrible.The new tier system for pricing took advantage of those customers targeting those that post between 50 and 100 cars or less a month with an increase of 37% over the previous price jumped from 259 a month to 389 a month .After 20 years on central i have witnessed it go to total trash robbing the subscribers.If your getting into the business as a carrier or a broker id recommend finding any other site like Super dispatch.AVOID CENTRAL DISPATCH take someones adivce thats been paying since 2007

Industry professionals should exercise extreme caution when using this platform.
