This 'pharmacy' is impossible to deal with. The online system they encourage you to use does not recognize me or their Rx number for my meds. The info. I am supplying was sent to me by them via text! They never answer the phone. I was in hold for over 45 minutes and then they disconnected me. Avoid them if you can.

The worst! I agree with all the other reviews. I’m on a heart RX that cannot miss one day. So far, it’s 4 days late and no delivery status on line. I keep calling and all they do is apologize.

I just changed my insurance and have Humana as my carrier. They use Centerwell Pharmacy as their preferred provider and I have to say I am really disappointed. It started with me trying to get my prescriptions transferred to them which has been a real hassle and has taken over 2 weeks to get it done. Now that they have my prescriptions, they say it will be at least another week before I get my actual prescription. In addition to that, their website sucks and is hardly any help at all with incorrect delivery dates and difficulty navigating their site. I have called them at least a dozen times and I always get someone new and they never seem to know what is going on, and on top of that several have been very rude with me.

I was encouraged by Humana to use Centerwell Pharmacy. I entered my prescriptions and they were supposed to call my doctor. They didn't. They lied about my doctor not calling them back. They dropped my prescription from their website after charging me via Afterpay to the tune of $640 then they never sent it and dropped it from their system. I have spent about 10 hours with various reps. and been told all kinds of lies like they don't work with Afterpay, they don't charge in advance for prescriptions, I was scammed, etc. They are a bunch of lies and AfterPay and Citibank are working to resolve the issues. Meanwhile they never ordered or sent my daily medications and I just had to give up and go to my local pharmacy to get them. Still waiting to get the charges from Centerwell reversed. Whatever you do, don't use them if you have options.

I receive my medications from CenterWell, and overall my experience has been very good. I know that some representatives may not speak perfect English, but I give them grace because they are working, supporting themselves and their families, and genuinely trying their best to communicate. I appreciate their effort. My only concern is about receiving accurate information regarding medication timing. My understanding was that if I became sick, I would be able to get my medication the next day for my doctor. Unfortunately, I later learned that it actually takes three to four days to receive it. I hope CenterWell can improve this process or find a better solution so that when someone is sick, they can get their medication faster. Aside from this one issue, getting my medication through CenterWell has been a positive experience for me.

The company cannot deliver. I switched insurance 1/1 and called and gave them my 10 prescriptions since i was low on a couple. 1/9 “everything looks fine” per the lady on the phone. Waited…1/17 2 came. I called: “oh the others are in process “. Now 1/23 i have not got any of the others. This is beyond annoying.

My experience using CenterWell Pharmacy for the 1st time was terrible. My Physician sent an order to CW 1/9/26. A formulary exception was obtained, which involved numerous calls to CW. To date, CW has cancelled this order 4 times. With the 4th order they charged my CC, but later reversed the charge when they cancelled it. They said it was too early to refill. Not a refill. I just got off the phone with a rep. I was on the phone for over 1 hour, and came away more confused than before. I asked 3 times for a supervisor. Unfortunately my rep told me "Sorry, there are no supervisors available". As I type this review I received an automated telephone survey. When asked to rate the Service Rep from zero to 10 with 10 being the highest. I entered Zero (0). The survey said it couldn't recognize my entry. After trying a couple more times, with the same results, I entered One (1), and was immediately disconnected. BTW, I have a 2nd RX which was submitted yesterday. It too has already been cancelled and then re-issued by CW. Unless things change, I will not recommend CW.

I anticipated delays due to mail order and made sure my prescriptions were sent in at least 10 days before I run out of the meds. The prescription was sent in on 01/12/26. I got an email on 01/13/26, saying your order is on hold. I called customer service to expedite. Customer service had no clue. Couldn’t explain the hold. I did alert customer service that I will be out of the meds on 01/22/26. I kept checking online. Their system didn’t mention any hold, but said it is being processed. The status remained like this until 01/20/26. The website and USPS tracking said, label has been generated and they are waiting for the item. Delivery date estimate will be provided by USPS after receiving the package. As of 01/21 and today, the status is still the same. USPS is still waiting for the package. I am out of the medicine. So I called CenterWell. They sent in short term refill to local Walgreens, but I have to pay extra cost for this short term refill. Very unfair business practices. It may be cheap for Medicare Part D, but patients are exposed to the risk of not having the medicine as needed. There were no apologies, no compunction, no action to resolve the problem. CenterWell appears to be a giant Black Hole, that takes in the prescriptions, but even God can’t help you to get your medicine. Abandon All hopes, Ye who signed up for the inhumane CenterWell No Delivery Pharmacy.
