Dr. Jump and staff are very professional and my treatments have been effective!

The time and care your ultrasound technician took to ensure professional results were delivered. Most importantly. My scheduling got all messed up and I arrived a week early. Instead of sending me home you made room.

I spent most of the time waiting to either have my scan, see the nurse or the doctor. 21/2 hours is too long! The technician , nurse, and Dr Shah were attentive and professional.

Excellent service and excellent doctor

The front office staff, US tech, and doctor were very nice. However, I was there for over 2 hours- waiting 40 minutes past my appt time before I was called back and then another 30-40 on the doctor. I had an another appt scheduled, so I left without seeing the nurse- after waiting on her for nearly another 20 minutes. On my way out, I saw her casually strolling in the hall like I hadn't been held hostage there for hours already. It's a shame because I really wanted to move forward with scheduling treatment there. I just wish they were more respectful of their client's time.

The Doctor was very thorough and caring and communicated well. The entire staff was all great.
