The overall process, starting with the scheduling of the appointment, provided options for a location to access as well as availability of time slots. Prior to the scheduled appointment the necessary forms were transmitted prior to the on-site visit, which made it easier to complete the forms in a comprehensive manner. This afformed me time to research my medical history so that accurate information could be provided. On the day of the appointment a comprehensive assessment was conducted based on the prior information that was provided and the results were clearly explained along with a plan of action to address my specific needs.
