I've ordered 2 toys from Celery Pets . All I can say is they were delivered to my home in a week and the quality of the toys are decent and my cat loves them

I received my items but it did take a while to come. Just a heads up - you can buy some of the stuff on Amazon for half the price - still takes as long.

Bought an interactive cat ball that arrived in December slightly faulty, fully functioning but the silicone that covers it had a cut and I was afraid my cat could pull it and potentially ingest it. I emailed their customer service expressing my concerns and they immediately replied saying they would be happy to send me a replacement free of any charge. Same toy, same colour, it just arrived. I understand the shipping might take a while but the customer service is impeccable. My cat loves the toy, although I can't keep it on at all times I notice him playing with it even when it's off and carrying it around the house, great purchase!

Ordered a Rollie Pet for our cat. After reading all the negative reviews I wasn't expecting much, but the product does everything claimed and fascinates and engages the cat.

I saw the advertisement for the Spritz Defur Comb on Facebook. At first, I was hesitant to order it as so many products seen on Facebook are scams so I ordered directly from their website. But when I received it I was impressed by how well it worked on my cat to remove loose hair and pet dander with its spritz function. Unfortunately, after a week it stopped working. I contacted the company by email to let them know the problem and they immediately responded with their solution to replace it with a new comb free. I've received the new comb and can't say how happy I am with it. Celery Pets sells a great product, backs it up with a satisfaction guarantee, and delivers great customer service. I will order from them again in the future.

Took about 5 weeks to arrive (thought it wasn’t going to!) but it’s certainly a magic potion! My cat is 12years old, never really been interested in catnip but loved this! Haven’t been able to get him in his new bed until I sprayed it with this - now he’s obsessed!
