Good people. There I had to do a bit too much work to make the sale. But my sale was likely not big enough to matter. Personally I would include the insurance or guarantee to persuade in the purchase cycle.

Our sales rep with CDI Computers, Mike Bovenizer has been amazing! He is ready to help with everything from quotes, to warranty repairs, to billing questions, and has always been extremely friendly and supportive. CDI is a large company, and we have had two or three minor issues with incorrect invoicing and with getting computers repaired under warranty. These issues were resolved fairly quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend CDI.
