Great service from start to finish.

Delivery times fell to an all time low with little to no explanation. Sales rep I have goes out of his way to make it right. I have only had two units over the years that had issues so quality of product is not an issue.

CDI had offered us exactly what we need at an unbeatable price and fantastic service. There was a scheduling issue on our end, and they bent over backwards to help us out. I'm a teacher, so I feel qualified to give them an A+!

There was a problem with the computer not being ready for dual monitors even though I was specific that was my need. The issue was resolved, at my expense; however it was an easy fix that was resolved relatively quickly. I would purchase from them again in the future.

Anthony has always been fantastic at his job with making sure we are taken care of promptly and efficiently. He is very enthusiastic and a joy to deal with. The RMA department is also quick in getting the process rolling for any computers with defective hardware. The hardware purchased from CDI is most of the time very cost efficient for the quality and it helps supply our customers with a cheap alternative that sells very well.

Great prices. I haven't ever had any problems with the computer systems I have purchased. They are always well packed and as advertised.
