I ordered replacement for a broken part. I ordered 3 units of a U-ring, but the first shipment came with only one unit. I reported the problem to customer service and the remaining two units arrived quickly. So that was really good service. However, the broken ring only lasted for 6 weeks before it broke. I don't know if this is one faulty unit or the quality of the product has become worse. Time will tell but it seems the product was better quality in the past. CB-X may need to look into better quality control or better material.

Thank you for your review! We greatly appreciate your feedback. I'm glad to hear we quickly resolved your shipping issue with the first order, and we're sorry to hear that your u-ring broke. Please ensure that you have the product assembled correctly for wear, and do not strike the device with hard materials (such as metal or wood). It is possible that you may have had a faulty part, we do offer a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty. If you have any additional questions please send an email to [email protected] and we can help you further. Thanks! CB-X Support

The anti-pull was sharp on the sides when soft didn't hurt at all but as soon as I got hard it would hurt and cause pain for that I decided that it wasn't feasible to use it.

Fits well, however holes in the top of the cage are too large and allow skin through which can cause pain when the lock rubs
Response from CB-X· Feb 13, 2023
Thank you for your review! We greatly appreciate your business. Our development team will be told about the rubbing you're experiencing through the top vent holes. We value your feedback. Thank youi!
