Return policy is lies lies lies. It has been almost 2 weeks since I contacted the company to return my car caves, that my cars ignore. There has been 8 emails back and forth. They have made me send pictures of my unused car caves with promises of a response in 48-72 hours. 1 week later and still no response. Don’t purchase

I ordered 2 calming donuts. I received 1 donut that won't zip. Missing 1 donut and calming blankets for both. Spent $170 and I have nothing for my cat. I have had multiple emails with the the company with no resolution. I had to tell them what I ordered. Continue to get the run around. They haven't sent the missing items or refunded my money. It has been a month. No phone number to call to speak to a person.

The Cattasaurus donut/tunnel is a genius idea in the world of cat "must haves". I bought the BOGO, and shared one with my neighbors' cats. Our cat is a little slow going getting used to his, but our neighbors crew of multiple felines of different ages are loving theirs!!

My cats love them! One of my cats loves to hide in the cattasaurus and wait for one of the other cats to walk by and jump out and pounce. They will go inside the cattasaurus and use it as a scratching board; which is nice because I do not have to clean up mess scratching boards leave behind. On a more relaxing note, my cats love to nap inside the cattasaurus.
