I have had my Castle Flexx for a year now. I use it almost every day. I was able to loosen my hips which fixed my back pain (amazing). I have been using my castleflexx for a few years now, it's really helped with my stiff and sore body. I didn't want to take the time to go to PT as my DR. suggested so I researched and bought everything I could use at home and this I use 4 or 5 times a week if not daily.
