CastleFlexx is a collection of patented health and recovery inventions. USA Made. USA Owned. Established to heal in 2022.A note from inventor Dan Castle:My goal was to change how chronic pain was being treated. This would require that I design a solution which could achieve1) Toe Dorsiflexion since the plantar fascia activates the entire posterior chain when its pulled back and engaged unlike with straps and bands which leave the muscle groups in the leg inactive2) Relaxing natural grip for longer stretch sessions, no more rope burn please!3) A more practical, convenient, and financially responsible solution that would target the ROOT cause of the chronic pain.I began testing Castleflexx and after just a few days everything changed for me. I felt a release in my back I hadn’t felt before. Shortly thereafter, I felt noticeable improvement in many other areas. For example, I stopped getting plantar fasciitis completely. GONE. After a few months of using CastleFlexx for 8 to 16 minutes a day, I began to feel better, move better and even look better. My wife Carly, who had also begun using CastleflFlexx, experienced significant improvement and no longer complains about her hip pain and sciatica. Life just got better for both of us.I hope our device which has a less than 2% return rate and is made in the USA helps you too!Dan Castle

There are similar products out there, but they can't compare with everything the Castleflexx offers. First off, the added weight at the handle makes it a lot easier to roll and leverage. If it's too much, you can take it right off. The full width of the fabric makes the biggest difference in your stretch because it pulls your foot back to the correct position. The competition doesn't offer this on their products. The fabric is so durable and strong, you don't even have to worry about anything ripping. There is an alignment print on the bottom so you can align your foot properly on the underside of the fabric. The handles are made well and they absorb moisture so you don't slip at all. You get helpful paperwork with the items and there are so many online resources to use. The stretches you can do with this are so unique and, collectively, you can't do all the same stretches with another product. You get an all in one device to cover all the parameters you need for stretching. Your hamstrings will thank you for this! I had to reach out to the customer service a couple of times for inquiries I had about my order and product information (not issues they created). They were nothing short of amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised with how well they service their customers. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was taken aback with the quality of their team!

Thanks for the detailed review, Adam. You hit the exact things we obsess over - the weighted handles, the full-width fabric, the alignment print. And I'm glad the team took care of you when you reached out. - Daniel A. Castle

Worth Every Penny — I’m Amazed at the Difference A good friend of mine, John Fields, recommended CastleFlexx to me. I’ll admit that I was reluctant at first because of the price, but after some persistent encouragement from John, I finally decided to give it a try. I’m very glad I did. I honestly never thought I could stretch my piriformis and surrounding muscles as deeply and effectively as I can with CastleFlexx. After dealing with a bout of sciatic nerve pain and significant tightness, this product has been a game changer for me. The improvement in my flexibility has been remarkable. I can now bring the side of my foot all the way to my chest—something I never imagined I would be able to do. More importantly, consistent use has helped me stay comfortable and maintain that flexibility. I know CastleFlexx is making a difference for me because if I skip using it for a few days, I can feel the tightness beginning to return. I rarely write product reviews this enthusiastically, but CastleFlexx has earned it. I have recommended it to friends dealing with similar back, flexibility, and nerve-related discomfort because of how positive my own experience has been. My sincere thanks to the people who created CastleFlexx for developing such an effective and well-designed product—and a special thank-you to my friend John Fields for insisting that I give it a chance. John, you were right! I could not recommend CastleFlexx more highly. For me, it has been worth every penny.

This one means a lot, Richard - piriformis and sciatic pain are two of the most common reasons people find us, and hearing you got your range back is exactly why we build it. Tell John Fields thanks from us too. - Daniel A. Castle

bought the app and videos and very difficult to view on phone. Very small and cant easy make them full screen. Also I overstretched and strained a calf. Be careful! Its not the miracle stretch device can get hurt
Response from castleflexx.com· Sep 6, 2026
Hi Renee - I'm sorry to hear this, and I hope the calf is feeling better soon. The videos are built to play right on your phone, so something isn't right - email [email protected] and I'll personally get you set up today. And for what it's worth, there's no pulling in our method - you roll up to intensify, so the stretch is always in your control. Ease into it - and if you don't follow the instructions, the results will be different.

I’ve been bodybuilding 6 days a week for the last 15 years straight. I didn’t realize how stiff and clunky I was before using CastleFlexx. What I noticed immediately: - The blood rush to tissue is immensely satisfying - Flexibility improves quickly with daily use - It’s far and beyond any stretch you can perform yourself - Within 2 weeks I could touch my toes for the first time in my life What I noticed over 3-6 months: - My balance improved massively (standing on the subway and buses without handles is a cake walk) - My pain from kyphosis and scoliosis disappeared - Hit new PRs on all lower body compound lifts in the gym - Quicker sleep onset and recovery metrics on Whoop This thing pays for itself 100x over if you put in the bare minimum of 10 minutes a day

Brendan, this one's special. Touching your toes for the first time after 15 years of training, plus the balance and pain relief on top - that's exactly why I built CastleFlexx. Thanks for sharing the journey. - Daniel A. Castle
