I had an overall great experience as a first time customer. There were some supply issues with my order, but the staff has gone above and beyond to make right those wrongs (which by the way, really was not the fault of Cask Cartel) and made accommodations with which I am totally pleased. I will most definitely be a long time customer

I received 2 bottles of bourbon. Both had a metal bullet cap with rubber on the end. One bottle had rust leaking into the bourbon from a faulty cap. The bourbon was in consumable. I took pictures to show, contacted them. They refused to replace the bottle. I even volunteered to ship the bad bottle back and still NO replacement bottle to be shipped. Basically I’m out $50.00 and they don’t care.

However, these circumstances were reported to our team well over 30 days after the order was received and the bottle had also been consumed. If the damage would have been reported upon delivery, our retailer would have replaced this bottle without question. Again, our sincerest apologies that you are not happy with the service received.

They sent me what I ordered and resolved any issues i've had. For the items I ordered in the past it takes some time before I get them. I have learned to plan ahead to get the order when I need it. They are very reliable and ready to help with any problem you may have.

These guys 'sell' our mezcals why they're not authorized to do so. They also don't carry any of our bottles because of the same reason. Cask Cartel says it's simply a marketplace. We have not authorized any retailer to promote our products on their website. Also their published prices are OVER 200% of our MSRP! BUYER BEWARE, THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Retailers list their products on our site because they will sell much faster than at their retail location(s). None of the items listed on CaskCartel.com are Cask Cartel products. As you can see from the many reviews posted, CaskCartel.com is not a scam and once an order is placed, our fulfillment team works hard to ensure a satisfactory delivery. DO not buy from this site. errible customer service. The products came broken + damaged ( thankfully I did buy insurance for the shipment) but also got changed for delivery. If anything gets damaged through no fault of your own the take zero responsibility so you are out shipping costs (insurance doesnt cover that) and your bottles are covered only if you buy extra insurance. The rep keeps saying she will follow up but never ever does. I had to keep calling constantly for any answers. The $50 refund for shipping I had to fight to even get doesn’t even cover the full cost of shipping which was around $200. So I didn’t receive MOST of my shipment, had to even pay for insurance MYSELF as company doesn’t take any responsibility on their to refund or replace anything without you buying the insurance. In addition I had to pay for shipping for a package that I didn’t receive most of the items. $50 nowhere near covers the shipping cost I paid. What a joke of a company. Just doesn’t care. Better off buying somewhere else that has better customer service.

From all communication threads and recordings, it shows our Customer Service Team did their best to make sure that you received a quick resolution to your issues. Your shipments were damaged in transit. Therefore, the carrier had them returned. Due to the damage, the insurance company provided you with a refund. You were unhappy that you did not receive your shipping costs. Therefore, management stepped in and provided you with satisfaction refund of another $50. Again, our sincerest apologies that you do not find these resolutions acceptable. However, you did have the option to have a refund or a replacement and a refund was preffered. If you would have liked a replacement, our fulfillment team would have been happy to oblige and prioritize this for you. We are sorry that this was a regrettable experience for you and will do our best to ensure our future customers do not share these feelings.

I would give this site a zero if possible. I ordered a very expensive cognac for a Christmas present after I checked that it would arrive before I left town. An email at a later date said it would be delivered later. I contacted customer service to change the date and they said to contact the delivery service (UPS). I tried multiple times to do so without success. So the product was returned. When I contacted Cask Cartel after returning home, they informed me I would have to pay an additional $50+ to have it delivered or get a refund minus a 35% restocking fee. I will never use this website again. Buyer Beware!

Hello Mary. Thank you for this provided feedback and we do apologize that your shipment was returned to the shipper. Per the Terms of Service, any returned shipments are subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges unless the shipper is at fault for the return. These are agreed to upon making any purchase on CaskCartel.com. However, you are correct. Another option would be to have a reshipment fee paid to have the retailer ship out the item again. Again, our sincerest apologies that you are not happy with the service received. We do see here that our Customer Service Team is working with the retailer to ensure that you receive your order and we will do our best to turn this expereince around for you.

Simple and easy to use! I also needed my invoice to include on my expense report. I emailed Cask Carter's helpdesk and within minutes I got a response! Thanks so much to Ava for quickly solving my issue! Will definitely use again for future corporate gifts!
