I was fed up and tired of waiting over three months to receive $5000.00 in winnings. Until I reached out and spoke with Max on Casinomeister, I was able to get it within a week. Very thankful!

I had an issue where a casino owed me and would not pay about $37k in winnings. Max and his team resolved the issue through their PAB service, which is free and amazing. In addition, I generally learned a ton about the industry from their forum and website. If you engage in online gambling, this site is a must. Literally learned a ton in a matter of days. The fact that real people, who I never met before, stepped in to help me, FOR FREE, is crazy - it is amazing. Plus the casinos, generally, actually care about complaints here. It’s just a great website and I recommend using it if you online gamble in any form.

Hiya Brian, Thank you very much for your review. I created this site 26 years ago hoping it would serve as a beacon of light to guide players to the right casinos - and to avoid the rogues and clip-shot joints. It was a good idea in 1998 - and it has been a success since mainly due to the involvement of our player and igaming rep community. I am glad you have chosen to become a part of this. Thank you! Cheers! Bryan

This site claims to have a decade of experience and a whole lot of information for the players, but the whole information they got, is off big time, first of all they mention casinos from 2012, and a list of best casinos 2024 but if you do an isividual search of their best list, you come across the truth and how wrong their list is, I got banned because I mentioned a few bad casinos, because I had bad experiences and so what if they were mentioned. Well casino meisters were very bothered by my post, and for pointing out that they have way more advertising for casinos then lists of complaints by players, instead of big bold red text they use the fine print. What a warning!!!! But their recommendations……c’mon. I have plenty reasons to believe they work closely with the casinos and their work is to ease players pain for losses, but besides what is written in some pretty fake reviews, there is no guarantee that they actually have helped someone, anyone can write anything and claim being the best , the only and accredited but I can say all that too. They did as I expected and that means nothing. They dare state that I was trying to cash out on some casino, how the hell was I trying if there is nothing I can do, all we can do is warm others and for doing that I got banned. They’re in it with casinos no doubt. The site doesn’t allow you to upload files because that would make their casinos look bad, without images or files their casinos are safe and the players on hear my word against theirs but no proof who is the truthful one.

Hi Luis, I'm surprised that you would post your rant at Trustpilot, but by doing so I will gladly counter your review with some facts. Luis submitted a complaint against an online casino (which is not one of our sponsors BTW), and we were in the process of assisting him. Unfortunately it seems this person has a lack of self-discipline - he violated the terms and conditions of our complaints service by verbally attacking the casino representative (Tawni) in the forum here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/ailgue-chubak-vs-virtual-group-sort-of.102394/ The casino representative is a real human being who was assisting him - and he made the decision to ignore that and he became abusive. Specifically, his exact words were: " And that virtual rep Tawni, is hell of trash, they can all burn, I. Put it out to the universe so be it." So this Luis Manuel Manriquez feels that it is socially acceptable to tell people that they are trash and that they can burn. We have strict policies against abusive behaviour (unlike Trustpilot) and I would guess that anyone reading this would have banned this guy like we did. You can read what he wrote in our forum and make your own decision. This guy is an absolute troll. BTW - yes you can upload files and images in our forum. And yes, you can criticise as many casinos if you like - we don't care. We only care that you treat your fellow forum members with respect. This you are unable to do, and this is why you were banned. Cheers! Bryan

A terrible site, Beware don't say anything bad against the fraud and corruption and deceit and the cheating in gambling as the owner gets money from casinos and is affiliated to them. Any negative reviews get bashed about by the idiot casino affiliates who run the site. The owner is also so paranoid against any negative reviews he starts to verbally threaten people. It's a good site if you work at a casino and want to promote gambling otherwise if anyone tells the truth about the fraud corruption and decit in gambling then it's a no no.

This is a bunch of nonsense - this Stephen Tague was banned from our forum over two years ago for being an obnoxious troll. I see he is still at it here at Trustpilot. Just to be clear, we have been in business for 26 years and have a track record above par on being unbiased towards ANY casino whether it be a sponsor or not. (This person wasn't even complaining about one of our sponsors btw). The only people who called this person out for his nonsense were players in our forum (players who are a lot smarter than this guy). He obviously has some issues with the truth and with controlling his obnoxious behaviour. Anyone can read his posts here - and everyone will understand and agree why this behaviour is not tolerated in our forum. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/playtech-how-do-they-get-away-with-it.97227/ Stevo77 is his user name. Cheers! Bryan

I contacted casinomeister in April 2024 over a dispute about unpaid winnings dating back to January 2024 having initially being given the run-around by the casino, to in recent weeks, being blanket ignored. Nobody would respond to my messages, emails, calls and I was at my wits end. Everything about using their Player Arbitration Service (PAB) is clearly laid out and easy to follow. They promptly did what they stated they would and kept me updated at each step. I was informed almost immediately that the casino in question didn’t hold a current casino licence which didn’t bode well for me getting my money as they’re not bound by any regulatory framework. So I didn’t get my hopes up. Yet within 9 days of lodging my complaint with Casinomeisters PAB service, I received an email from the casino confirming my winnings were back in my account able to be withdrawn. Additionally, and quite unexpectedly, the casino also resolved an additional issue I had being arguing with them in tandem to my winnings dispute, over being overcharged on USD deposits and some unauthorised transactions on my card. This wasn’t even included in the PAB I lodged as I intended to dispute this via my bank after I’d received my winnings. But I didn’t need to as they did the right thing on both counts. I can only attribute this to the team at casinomeister, and to the clout of the PAB forcing their hand. So after beating my head against a brick wall for MONTHS, literally causing me no end of stress and angst, in the space of TEN DAYS, I had USD $4790 paid back to me thanks to Max and the casinomeister team and the amazing free PAB Service they offer. I cannot thank or recommend them highly enough!

Max and the team did an amazing job, I got money back that was being withheld from a casino. Casinomeister were patient, direct and informative, and I genuinely felt they wanted to help. The casino had gone silent so without Max and the team I don’t think I would have got my money back. Thank you so much for your help in a confusing and difficult time. Fabulous service and couldn’t recommend more highly, thank you!
