The mail service was far to slow, considering I was sending my most loved, working apple devices to your company that I did not know well. Once they arrived your service was quick, having analyzed my devices quickly, and cutting me a check and putting it in the mail quickly. I think that over all, you did a great job.

My experience was flawless. It took 10 minutes to get a quote on the website and receive the prepaid return label. They received my computer in a day, I received verification within 48 hours that the amount they quoted was what I would receive and I received my check approximately 7 days later.
