Its 50/50,, the problem is 1 of the side protection was ripped & I had to use 1 of the 4 spares I had, wasn't expecting to change it straight away, So I,ll appreciate it if u can send me more spare corner protection or where I can get some please, & the original box is supposed 2 be white, I got it in black, did I get the original product, appreciate it if caseles can send me some more side protection please.

Case is only the back, no front protection. The hinge scraps against the front screen when you open it.. protection isn't supposed to damage the phone.. the backside kickstand is very sturdy and one the best I have seen on a cover. Can't use wireless charging with this case, even the one that was gifted with it, won't work with the case on...

First off, I'm really glad to hear you liked the kickstand build, but I'm truly sorry about the hinge clearance and charging issues. A protective case should obviously never scrape your screen or make charging a pain, so hearing that the hinge edge rubs when opening the phone is something I'm flagging directly with our production guys. Depending on the specific fold/flip model you have, some of our low-profile shells are rear-only, while others come with a full front frame. If the hinge on yours is rubbing or the magnetic ring is sitting just off the wireless coil, you definitely got a unit with bad tolerances. I'd really like to take care of this for you personally. Ordered the Eve case for the wife's Samsung Galaxy S26 Utlra in Aurora Black. When the case finally arrived, it was Aurora Pink. I have sent several emails trying to arrange and replacement for the correct color and phone calls end up going to a voice mail box that is FULL. The product is great but the Customer Service need a major rework. My wife was tired of the continual delay in replacing the case for the correct color, so she opted to go with a different vendor.

It was a good attempt, unfortunately the side hinge does not stay closed. Magnets would have solved this. Power button is hard to get to due to design.

Thank you for this incredibly fair and constructive feedback. You hit the nail right on the head, and we completely agree with your assessment. Designing cases for foldable devices is an engineering challenge, but that is no excuse for falling short. You are 100% right about the hinge—a friction-fit design doesn't hold up over time, and integrating magnetic closures is exactly what we need to do for our next iteration. Additionally, the power button cutout is clearly too deep and narrow, making it frustrating to use the fingerprint scanner/button. We genuinely appreciate you testing it out and giving us the exact blueprint for how to improve. Because this version did not meet your (or our) standards, I have just processed a full, immediate refund for your order. You do not need to return the case to us—please keep it, modify it, or toss it. Your feedback has been sent directly to our product design team in Florida today so we can implement the magnetic hinge and widen the button access for Version 2.0. Love the case. It supposed to support wireless charging and it does not. That’s the reason I purchased it.
