The umbrella color is outstanding on our newly poured patio. It provides adequate shade and helps keep the sun out of our living room in addition! Set up was simple. Considering buying a second one! Jennifer has been super easy to work with.

Customer Service Agent (Diane) was very helpful, attentive and she followed up the next day as promised. The ability to communicate with her via phone calls, text messages and emails was a tremendous help. This allowed me to share my situation by photos and video.

This shower setup was just what we wanted. It's stylish and looks great in our new bathrooms. We actually ordered three for our new condo renovation and they all work like a dream. We love the slding arm and the rain shower especially. For something that was this inexpensive, it punches above its weight in quality. 100% pleased.

I like the product look and it was working flawlessly until recently. However, Customer Service folks have been very responsive and the company sticks by their product and is resolving the issue. Overall, it's been a great product with a very attractive design and a responsive company.
