Gabriella was extremely helpful and courteous and took her time to actually help me place my order the proper way and I'm very happy that I was able to speak with her and to get my order correct and she took a lot of time and energy to place the order so I appreciate her tremendously

I was wary about trying a new online store but after an Internet search to locate low cost washable incontinence pads (for my new puppy 🐶) and baby items (for an upcoming shower), I found Carewell. The customer service through email and text was timely, positive and refreshing. Language used was kind, interested and personable. Delivery was incredibly prompt - I was informed along the way of its progress toward delivery. The items delivered were better than expected. The main reason I would return to Carewell? Probably in how I was treated. Thanks again.

We used Carewell for my Mother while she was in at home Hospice for over a year. The auto delivery was great and easy to adjust if we needed more or less supplies. My Mom passed away recently and Carewell was so kind and helpful in canceling our auto shipment. I would highly recommend this great service.
