I wanted my electronic member number today or tomorrow not 2-3 business days !! I paid for the month of June so I should receive it immediately, not next week ! Not Happy!! 😡 not transparent!! 🤬

The Carrington website said that it will help cover our costs at our regular dentist (they were in the list ) and it did not! I paid $180+ for nothing.

The computer was not letting me enroll. I called member services and they got me all set up! Very friendly and helpful.

I called several times. My oral surgeon participates in the POS Dental. That is the plan I wanted to join. I was told POS was the same as 500, I hope that is correct. I would have opted for postal mail delivery of my membership paperwork. I don't think I was offered a choice. Once try I was asked for my credit card info before I selected a plan. Didn't seem right?
