We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused, especially after your first order arrived quickly. We reviewed your account and can confirm that you were charged for your second month on September 19. Your medication instructions were available on September 17, but because the payment had not yet been completed, the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. Once the payment was made, the prescription should have been updated and sent, and we failed to complete that step. When you contacted us on September 30, we escalated the issue and the prescription was confirmed with the pharmacy that same day. We understand this delay left you without your medication, and we’re sorry we did not catch and correct the issue sooner. We also paused your account so you would not be charged again while you were still waiting for your second shipment. We completely understand your frustration, and we apologize for the inconvenience and the gap in your treatment.
