I had difficulty understanding how the site worked. It is comprehensive and getting to the right spots for what I wanted was a little confusing. However, I was able to hire a person and finally cancel the subscription.

Well, in my ad to hire a cook/chef it was also a part in there where it looked like I was a senior citizen and that I needed help myself which I’m just looking for a cook so a few people were confused and I was too until I actually looked at the profile and it kind of gives two different things

It was very confusing. I still don’t know if I hired who I wanted or not. Or for when I want her. That site needs to be made clearer.

We reserved a baby sitter 5 days ago thru care.com. We received confirmation that everything was all set. It was scheduled for 8:30-4:30. At 8:45am on the day of, the sitter hadn't shown so we checked our email. Apparently, care.com sent an email at 1:30am that night that the sitter will not show up!! What the heck!! Who is up at 1:30am to check their email??? And even if we were, what were we supposed to do? From experience, it's impossible to get a sitter in that short of a notice. Care.com cannot do this to their customers. They should have a system in place to notify at least 24 hours and also have a backup when these situations arise. It should not be on the customer to figure it out. What was the point of reserving days ahead and end being cancelled??? What happened to accountability?? Should I file a complaint about this with my State Attorney General? This is terrible!! Just terrible.
