Caradonna AdventuresReviews of caradonna.com

My agent was friendly and timely with travel arrangements. This is the third time that I have used Caradonna Aventures for my Bonaire Trip.

Caradonna Adventures took care of all the details. Everything was organized and we were provided very clear information, tickets and assistance. I am booking our next dive vacation with them now!

Excellent trip

I have used them several times and have been very pleased with their services.

When making reservations for a resort on bonaire we requested a room on the second floor with a pool view and were assured that our preferences would be conveyed. However when we got there our room was first floor in a different section of the resort. Extremely disappointed. After a lot of discussion with the resort staff we were able to move to a more suitable room the next day. Not sure what we could have done differently to ensure we got what we wanted. Everything else was great.

Amy Garrow has once again exceeded expectations! Her attention to detail and problem-solving even the smallest of matters are greatly appreciated. Customer Service at it's B-E-S-T!! Gary G.

We have always had great service from Caradonna. Kim has been our agent each time we have booked with them and she is a wealth of knowledge. Communications are always prompt and we always feel like we are well taken care of.

Liza was excellent at pulling together all the details for our travel and keeping us informed all along the way. The result was an excellent trip where everything went smoothly.
