I was always wondering to whether deposit here or not and I decided to do it since I surpassed the play through and got $92 to withdrawal for the first time. They approved my withdrawal & told me I would get it in 3-7 days and then someone else told me they denied it and that they would never pay me out. Worst of all it takes 10-15 minutes to chat with a live person and it only last for 30 seconds and they’re so short with you and don’t like to answer or solve your questions and issues. Don’t fund this casino go to a legit one.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! They are COMPLETLY A SCAM AND A JOKE I've tried to redeem over 800 $ and they are telling me because I won while I played on a bonus even though I played through the required playthrough requirements they are saying I mixed funds and won't give me my money even though a manager already approved it. What a joke. ! I'll be sure to give them a review every day from here on out and make sure the world knows about them.

Well I did it again playing on Captain Jack. The last withdrawal I received was short a couple hundred , but they did put $100 play credit on my account. So I used it. Today is day 10 and my withdrawal request isn't even approved. Perhaps another 2 months. This will be my 3rd withdrawal with captain jack so it's not like I'm a new verification or anything like that. They have great bonuses and like the layout of the site. The only problem and a huge problem with us all that spend money to play is the withdrawal process. I have spent enough not to feel like it's been wasting my time. I don't have this issue at all with any of the other casino sites I play. Really disappointed.

I made 3 deposits to Captain Jack's Casino, and finally won, the had also gave me a bonus on one of my deposits with a very high play through amount. I played through the play through amount, and after I had won $1500 and requested a withdrawal, they gave me a 5 day waiting period and then said I had more than 1 account because my 27 year old son had an account, we have the same address. After trying to get my money they said I wasn't getting anything so they banned me from the web sight. Don't play here, because if you win, they ban you from playing and keep your winnings.

Where do I begin first off they leave a number on their web page 1-844-334-6448 which when you call it it doesn't even ring it just beeps. So it's not even a legit phone number. Secondly I have made a deposit and I was requesting to withdrawal which I have all the screenshots of and they tell me that I have received too many free spins that I am not able to withdraw. Then he disconnected chat. I am extremely fuming right now. Whatever you do do not go on this website and collect any free spins or make a deposit you will be scammed and ripped off in some sort of way they should be ashamed of themselves and be reported

This casino is a scam!! It doesn't pay when you try to cash out. I sent my info in 5 times. Legit info! On the 5th time and apprx. 20 hours of chat over a 3 week period of time, I finally realized they had no intention on paying me and wrote it off. If you like giving your money away to another scam, then by all means join this casino. They're absolute trash!
