Customer service gave me the run around. Tried to fix error in DOB but nobody knew how and after a long period on phone was given wrong information.

There was a technical glitz when I was opening my account. I called and actually got a person who said they were working on it and would call me back when the issue was resolved- they actually did! I was impressed with the customer service. I feel better knowing if I need assistance in the future I will get it.
