I spoke to Bryson on the phone, he did a solid job explaining the pretty confusing annuity purchase process, and all around a great representative!

We have over a dozen fixed rate annuities that we have constructed over the last five years. All of these were constructed with an agent some of the experiences being just OK, when we found a different agent the experiences became much better. Our most recent annuity I constructed as a direct to consumer with canvas. I found the entire experience to flow really well. Furnishing virtually all the info we would normally give to an agent who had to pass it along we simply furnished direct to canvas. Process was quick and we were totally comfortable furnishing the info as process was so much the same as when we used a commissioned agent. YES, our next annuity will be direct to consumer and most likely with Canvas.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful and detailed feedback, Glenn. We're honored to hear that your experience with Canvas stood out—even compared to working with agents in the past. Making the process smooth, secure, and comfortable is exactly what we aim to deliver for our customers, and we're thrilled to know it all flowed well for you. We're grateful for your trust and look forward to helping you with your next Canvas annuity when the time comes!

Application on line was easy. I also called and had questions answered by a real person before completing the application. The agent also emailed funding details to me as requested.
