Very well build safe that has a door with velcro pouches that in addition has loops for mounting items very user friendly safe. With the safe with a dual EMP lock allows access during any condition. Best 72 gun safe on the market for the price

I had difficulty getting access to my safe (keypad malfunction). I spoke to a representative expecting to hear it was going to cost me money to repair the safe. I was assured the safe was under 100% warranty. They shipped me a new locking mechanism at no cost and told me to call if I had any problems with installation. You couldn't ask for better customer service.

Parts did not arrive on time and service person did not seem to care, that she had done her job. The whole company needs to work together.

Nice safe - it was a gift - I didn't realize that Cannon made certain models for retailers - would have liked it a bit heavier
