On hold for only a few minutes. Service rep Oliver Canche took the time to help me out and was polite and efficient Cannon's locksmith compensation is a bit misleading because it only applies if the safe was burglarized or damaged from a natural disaster.

I see that everyone is having the same issues as we are with this terrible company. Our safe is broken due to faulty parts and they have refused to fix our safe. We have tons of Medicine that is life altering that we need that is locked up in that safe along with tons of other things that we need daily and they are just like "you deal with it." this is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. And we will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I just wanted to express my disappointment in Cannon. I have multiple safes and just bought a Cannon almost 3 years ago. The safe now won't open at all. The safe said it had a lifetime warranty but what I have found out is that is false. There is only a 1 year warranty then that's really it. A safe only 3 years old should be covered when it breaks and won't work. Its obviously a manufacturer problem that the safe won't open due to faulty parts. So obviously you are not confident that your safe will work after 1 year or else your warranty would be better. I have found that obvious by my safe not working after not even 3 years old. It has been almost a month since I first emailed cannon to try to get the safe open because I have important paperwork in there that I need. It said I would receive a response within 72 hours. Really you can't get back someone before then. Even at that I did not receive a response in 72 hours. Every time I email it seems like I have to wait multiple days for a response. Now I have to pay a locksmith to drill my safe to get it opened because the manufacturer equipment is faulty and not covered by warranty. I have multiple other brand safes that have lasted over 20 years with no problems at all. I will never purchase anything else from Cannon and will make sure to tell everyone I know how bad quality the safes are and how you don't even trust your safes past 1 year. On your warranty page it states " what matters to you, matters to us. Cannon products are designed to protect your valuables, keep your firearms out of the wrong hands, and provide your family with peace of mind. Your safe is a lifetime investment and we've made our safes to stand the test of time. All cannon safes are backed by a lifetime replacement promise and a warranty on parts and labor." I have found that is false advertising. Your safes will not stand the test of time and when they brake you will not cover parts and labor as advertised. Thanks for showing your true colors as a manufacture and not standing by your product as you advertise. Glad I spend hundreds of dollars on your products that didn't last and now I have to spend a lot more to get it drilled open and I have zero confidence that It will continue to work after I get it drilled open. Very disappointed to say the least. Don't buy Cannon, get a liberty or WInchester if you want a good lasting safe.

Best experience I’ve ever had. Lovely customer service. They went above and beyond! No joke, like they did things I was not expecting and tried everything to satisfy my needs. I got a little gift for the wait time, so I’m not complaining. Seems like they focus on shifting their priorities to serve the best customer service.

We purchased a Cannon 48 gun safe in December of 2021. The safe was faulty upon opening. The welds are bad and the door is not operational. We followed the instructions inside the box and notified the manufacturer instead of returning to the store. 8 months later we sit with no solution and a lot of headache. The first couple of months we had back and forth with their online portal. We sent proof of purchase, photos, videos, and anything asked of us. We noticed something was wrong when they asked for the same videos over and over and passed us around between representatives. We were never offered a solution, any parts to repair, any contact from a manager, nothing. We were told on several phone calls we would receive a return call from a manager, but never did. After 4 months we were finally told that our safe would be replaced, this was after telling them we were done sending videos and asking many times for a refund. As soon as we asked for a refund they told us only the retailer can facilitate that. Due to following Cannon's in box instructions to contact the manufacturer first and getting months of run around, academy would not take the safe back. The local store manager told me they refuse to take any cannon products back over 30 days because the company is terrible to work with. He said to never follow the manufacturer packing and immediately return the product next time. He wished he could help, but he said Cannon will not even make things right with their retailers. Once Cannon agreed to replace our safe we were told we would receive a call from a local delivery company. We did not and the local company was never provided any of our information. We found out about the delivery when they appeared on our ring camera. Thankfully I rushed home from work because Cannon was attempting to replace our 48 gun safe with a 24 gun model. Half the size and much less cost. We refused delivery and called customer service again. Took photos and asked to speak to a supervisor. No luck there and no return call even though we were told we would receive a call within 24 hours. Back to the portal we requested help, a phone call, money back, and waited. During our only supervisor call ever around 6 months into this nightmare we were told the safe we purchase is no longer manufactured and would be replaced with a sister brand with the same capacity on the second replacement. We were told it would be expedited and we would receive the local delivery information and a timeline. Another month into this wait we were told the again the order was expedited and now we would need to schedule two days off to take delivery and then another to meet a pickup crew. They can't give us any timeline or anyone to contact so we can set this up with our employers. Due to their intentional shipment of the smaller replacement we asked for a photo of what would be sent this time. They replied with a photo of our original safe we were told is no longer available. We are now at 8 months of this process. I still have the $1400 piece of worthless metal in my garage. We are again told our safe is coming. No contact, no photo of what will be delivered, and no timeline. The only thing you can guarantee from Cannon is that they will gladly take your money and provide zero customer service. What other company is there that is doing this to people and getting away with it. Through the 8 month process we have met so many people in our shoes. They actively block and remove and disgruntled customers from their social medial and they provide false replies to the better business bureau. They mark cases as solved, but here we sit with no solution from their faulty safes. Buy any other product and do your research to make sure you aren't shopping with one of their sister companies.

Great experience. They walk me through trouble shoot process. They realized part was defective and ordered me a new part.. Great job!!
