I purchased a safe on July 4, 2033. When I got it home found it had no keys and the digital combination lock was faulty. I spoke with customer service and explained the issues with the safe, I was told I would receive keys in 7-10 days and the new digital lock in 3-4 weeks. I received the new combination lock in 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on the keys. I've sent Multiple emails with No response, I finally had to call customer service again, was told by a very unfriendly lady she'd send my request to the key department and they would send me an email. So still no keys and again waiting on an email. Cannon customer service is Hideous and I would not recommend buying from this company!!

Robbie Nunez is an outstanding customer service representative. He made several attempts to help me repair my safe's lock, and when those did not work, he arranged for a complete safe replacement. He listened to my concerns, and he respectfully addressed each one. His responses were also timely. I also appreciate Cannon's product support.

When I received my safe it had an issue with the door locking. The response from their customer service team was amazing. They were professional, friendly and showed concern for my issues. After going through diagnosing the problem, the decision was made to replace it. Again the process was fast and seamless. I love my safe, highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a great product, customer service experience.

Do not purchase a safe from this company! Their weld work on the pin in the locking mechanism has seriously issues. Our locking pin actually fell off and customer service is a joke ! Save your money!!

I purchased a Canon Pixma TS3522 printed at walmart and broke after 3 months. Canon replaced this with same model and again broken again. They start clicking as soon as you buy them and stop working after 3 months. Will never buy another canon product rest of my life and will inform every single person that will listed that canon sell defective merchandise with no attempt to fix their manufacturing issues.

Excellent customer service in spite of me being confused about how whole process worked. I own several of these safes they're great for the price.
