The process to book an online appointment was straightforward. The questionnaire/intake forms were easy to understand. The consultation was thoughtful and positive. The email with instructions after was very helpful too. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Mary was super helpful. She explained things in a way I could understand (didn't talk down to me or over my head). She answered all of my questions. She was knowledgeable and respectful. Not sure why I waited so long to explore this option. I highly recommend.

Very easy process. I have medical needs that we’re taken very seriously and I got it the same day I applied. Has a seal from Virginia on it and everything. Also very secure, has a password to access the card and my doctor said they take an electronic version.
