Customer service with Calmio was superb! Had an issue with cancelling app after one week of trial. Teresa was able to correct the charge before my CC followed through with payment. They don’t honor their 14 day money back guarantee
They claimed to offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you don’t like the app. I used it for seven days, canceled my membership, had a couple emails with customer service and when I asked them for my money back, they’ve completely ghosted me
