If expecting a call let them know again!
I scheduled my lab results review and was expecting a phone call. But the Dr’s kept messaging me on text. I don’t like how the providers keep changing and recommendations kept changing. They ended my visit as if I got everything through text (which I didn’t). I did not like how I requested phone and they disregarded that. I had to demand my call visit and then after that everything went well. I would recommend using them just be more specific out front before engaging in more text conversation, if you want a phone call.

I had trouble accessing the messages
I had trouble accessing the messages, but I’m not sure if it was the app or my cell phone.

Please note that our lab staff has sent your lab order on the messaging board. Please login to your Call-on-Doc account then go to your profile and on the left side, click Messages. You can also access it using the link: https://www.callondoc.com/en/chat-supports (My Account > My Profile > Messages). Please try the following steps if you still can't access: -Clear your cookies and cache. -Use a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Safari. -Use a different device if possible. If using an App: -Close and reopen the app to refresh it. -Check for updates in your app store and ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. -Clear the app cache (in your phone settings) to resolve any temporary glitches. -Reinstall the app if issues continue. Let us know if the issue persists, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
