Charging before deactivating your account!
They charge you first before deactivating your account and tells you didn't meet their verification process. Seriously?!

Great Job Jintu and Manish!!
I would like to give a shout out to Jintu and Manish who helped me set up my CallHippo integration with Zoho. I have been testing some different call platforms and many times run into issues and am stuck. Jintu and Manish took the time to do a Zoom share screen and solved my issue. It is so good to know I can have support for my integrated system. This costs me money when I can not call customers as I set up my business.
