I had a concern regarding a diamond I had purchased. The previous diamond I had purchased was unavailable and canceled, Calavera was not notified by the supplier of the cancelation. Customer service offered me a refund or a credit in the amount of the diamond plus an additional credit added. I found the perfect diamond for half the price other sites were offering. Customer service was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Not my first purchase from Calavera and definitely won't be my last.

The prices are outstanding! The website is neatly organized with features and filters giving me the ability to source the exact diamond I desired.

So glad I found this site. Their prices are very low and I get to pick out my own proportions in loose diamonds. They ship quickly too. Love that I also get the physical certificate authenticating the diamond and not some electronic copy. Good job CalaveraNewYork!
