I ordered from cabetiesandmore.com because I needed large numbers of cable ties in particular colors. At first when I received 'fluorescent pink' cable ties I was disappointed with the color (I was using them for research purposes and needed very bright colors that would stand out in a deeply shaded forest, and the pink ties I received were more of a dusty rose color). I emailed the company and the customer service representative put me in touch with the general manager. He offered to send me fluorescent orange, which fit my needs fine, and even let me keep the pink ties as a free gift because of the inconvenience. I was very pleased with this efficient and generous response (I had only asked for free return shipping, so keeping the pink ties was a nice bonus). The company addressed the problem promptly and professionally and got the ties I needed to me for a great price. As a general note, if you need very bright fluorescent colors, the yellow and orange ties seem to be the brightest from my experience (although I can't be sure if my issue was with a particular batch of ties that weren't the correct color, or if all 'fluorescent pink' ties look that way).
