We didn't get to check in when they said. We had to wait an extra hour. Other than that, our stay was great. We will be staying there again.

A few minor discrepancies with the cabin, but management did their best to rectify the issues. View of the sunrise over the Smokies from the balcony was nearly breathtaking. The area in general was very family friendly with plenty to do yet it was peaceful compared to being in a city. Nice place to get away to for peace and quiet with plenty to do 20 minutes away.

Problem solved! We stayed in the Climbing Bear cabin for a week & ran into a few issues. I was so frustrated, I called, left a review, & swore I wouldn't return! Until Rachel got ahold of me to make things right. We had a conflict with our schedules & kept playing phone tag but she was persistent in making sure we were happy. Finally after talking with her & explaining everything we are happy. She went above & beyond with a partial refund & a discount on our next stay. We will return again, every business deserves a second chance!

Great family experience cabin was a little dated but my family enjoyed themselves.

Perfect place to our family vacations, I love the view, the people, shopping areas, we love everything on Gatlinburg.

If I could give no stars I would! This company assured my group of 50 that our cabin would be ready months in advance then, 5 days before our trip, told us it would not be. They made no effort to help us with our situation. At the very least they could have offered some help finding another location (as mentioned in the contract) but they didn't even do that. Instead they said, "it's not our fault or problem." Save yourself some trouble and use a larger company like WYNDHAM....they're the ones that saved us 5 days out!
