I was having issues placing and order online and called to leave a message for assistance. The following morning, I received a phone call and quickly completed a purchase. The lady I spoke with was very easy to talk with and her knowledge helped.

Rachel Is The Best! Rachel knew all the answers to my questions and even looked up a Houston-based military surplus store with a holster/Molle clip for my LE launcher (plus laser) that wasn't available at Byrna. Plus, she was very personable. Mr. Byrna, please put her in for a raise!
