The customer service was excellent; they are responsive and accommodative! We purchased the black wishbone chairs with the natural seat and could not be happier. They are well made, attractive, and were shipped nicely and arrived in excellent condition.

I ordered the wishbone chair in the color beach months ago and wanted to order another wishbone chair to match. I ordered a second wishbone chair in the color beach. When the chair arrived it was many shades lighter. I contacted customer service and sent in photos of the chair to ask for a return. The company said they had switched manufacturers and the chair dimensions and color have changed, yet the description and colors were still the same as before. I was denied a shipping label to return the chair and now I am stuck with two mismatched wishbone chairs.

My order processed quickly and I received tracking information as soon as it shipped. I had great visibility on the shipment all the way to my door. the product was packaged really well and undamaged. The customer service follow up was friendly and a great way to complete my experience.

I had a great experience, did an online chat to be sure my chairs were in stock and received them within a week. I got the wishbone chairs in oak and they are beautiful, much nicer than i expected, lightweight and very comfortable. Great customer service, one of the best I have ever experienced.

I am so glad I made this order. I had been looking for a pair of good-looking chairs for a long time, and I spontaneously decided to get the ghost chairs from BESPOEK. I used to have the armchairs, which are a similar model, in my previous home, and I can tell that the quality of these chairs are far above my expectations! I am so happy with them.

I ordered the grasshopper floor lamp. And it was delivered quickly, packaged well and safely...and love the lamp. It is a well made replica with identical dimension of the original done by Greta in the 1940's. Thanks Bespoek for a great experience and product!

I bought 4 of the coveted wishbone chairs for our new home and I am not only floored by the quality for it's price point, but also how fast it shipped. I couldn't be more happy with them, and they are so comfortable! Customer Service is very fast and efficient, I will definitely be buying from them again as we just bought a home.

EXCELLENT customer service. I had to reschedule the delivery date and change the address a few times due to a brand new construction. However despite the confusing delivery address, the 4 Wishbone chairs arrived on time. At first I was nervous about buying furniture online as I read some negative reviews regarding the scam. Turned out the company is legit and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing other products from by BESPOEK.
