Excellent equipment. The delivery time took a while, but it was worth the wait.

I give you a three because I never received my item. However, my money was returned quickly. I did receive a previous order which took several months to arrive, but I'm enjoying my dumbbells and bench.

The weights and bands are great but the bench is not very good. Looks as if one of the areas was beaten up during the assembly and it doesn’t work properly

I ordered from BWSS 9/3/2020. It is now 11/24/2020. I am still waiting for the final items to arrive. What have received so far appears to be of good quality, however I cannnot make full use of it without everything being here. Customer service has been less than helpful, more a stalling response. I expect the last item to arrive almost 3 months from the day I ordered. Under no circumstances stances, is this acceptable.

Placed an order in early September, was charged and received a confirmation that my order would arrive in 3-4 weeks. Almost 3 months later, and no sign of my order, no follow-up on when it might ship, nothing. The only option for contacting them is email. I understand that Covid has caused shipping delays, but the company should at least keep people updated on their order status when it is this delayed.

Shipping is unfortunately longer due to COVID, but understandable. Other than that, I have been happy with the product! 2-sets of dumbbells in! Waiting for 2-stands as well!

The product itself is legit. It took several months to arrive, so I docked a star for how long it took. But it’s a new business, and in the middle of a pandemic where all adjustable dumbbells are out of stock, the fact that BWSS delivered on what they promised was clutch. I appreciated BWSS, the owner Jordan was super responsive and helpful. I’m thankful I got my dumbbells, they’re not bad and they’re very comparable to the Bowflex series.
