Yes I recommend your company to any one. Especially if you leave your computer to be used by any visitor or friends. Today there too much garbage that only young people know how to handle. We the old people do not know many tricky or dangers inside internet. Best regards. Jose

Great help for people like me, who are not at all tech savvy. Tim was real patient, and explained me what actually was going wrong on my computer. I will recommend them to all.

SCAMMERS FROM INDIA! Do not allow anyone from BuzzTech Expert remote access to your computer! They will install there own virus and malware onto your computer and then try to charge (extort) you for it. You can discover this for yourself by googling their number 1-800-785-1947. If you did allow them remote access to your computer you need to bring your computer into a real IT expert to remove what they put on it. Don't trust any pop-ups on your computer telling you to phone them for help. This is their blackmail tactic. If you did give them money, have your credit card company revoke the charges. And if they continually call and harass you, call your local police department.

My issues were resolved quickly and professionally! thank you very much. My technician was Sebastian Nelson What I didn't realize until after I posted this review was that the service was not provided by Microsoft. When I contacted Microsoft later, I discovered that they did not post the message I first saw on the"Microsoft Website Screen". Apparently there was a phone number imposed on the onscreen notice which was NOT Microsoft but another service. Microsoft, the Real Corporation, indicted they hadn't been the agency whose number had appeared on the warning notice, but resolved the problem for 10% of what the imposter did. Be forewarned! Something is amiss here.
