Inconsistent products
Pros: taste is good when you receive a good batch, teeth feel nice and clean afterward. Cons: you cannot order without automatically getting a subscription, some boxes contain nice and fresh gums and some boxes contain dry and foul smelling gums. It is a disappointing product, considering the price. I like the toothpaste though.

30 days to receive order
I messaged to find out why my order hadn't shipped after about 2 weeks and never got a reply. After 20 days of not hearing about my order, I messaged them again and finally got a reply. Something in my order was on backorder, but they never reached out to see what I wanted to do. I will not do business with them again.

Did not like the auto pay
Did not like the auto pay , with no way to change it. No option to stop it. Did not want the ginger gum , could not change that either.

Delivery took more than three weeks
Delivery took more than three weeks. The gum is hard to chew because it seems it melted and then rehardened.

I tried the gum
I tried the gum, looking forward to a great experience getting away from the synthetic gums out there. This gum was hard. once you get it moving it's a touch better. And it sticks to any dental work with a vengeance. Difficult to remove. Can't chew it for long, tiers out the jaw real fast. Also, poor communication with the company online. I did try the toothpaste. I like that.

Quality control/customer friendlness
This time? The whole time... Quality control, consistency, adjustability: it's been terrible since day 1. First recharge was two weeks early, this one I know was still early as it was supposed to be in September and I got the shipment the first week whereas was supposed to get it more this week. Second, it's crazy convoluted getting changes made to the order. Like if I wanna skip an order or push it out or switch what I'm getting - it's nigh impossible - I can't even find my order number. And even talking on the phone, they still charged and sent it earlier. Third,, quality control on the berry gum is sorely lacking - first time it was bad and I only ordered one cause I wasn't sure I'd like so I just tossed it second time I couldn't change the order cause it ordered two weeks early, so I tried it again and low and behold it was good - was even going to change it to my main thing, but this order came early again, However glad I didn't change it - it was terrible icky syrupy, and not only that but the box tab was not stick for secure reclosure... This affirms the quality control issue.
