OK-not great
The delivery was longer than I expected, based on their own stated objective. Customer service did not seem very knowledgeable about the performance of the item itself- kind of generic. The item purchased, a add-on for my Signal hearing aid works, but certainly not to the extent that it has resolved most of my issues. Just kind of average.

Support staff has not yey sent all the equipment that I purchased
Purchase process went without a hitch. Items purchased have still not arrived. I utilized the adjustment service. It went well.
