Buying experience was great. Product looks great. Due to weather, I haven't had a chance to give a long ride review. I am looking forward to using this product.

The product arrived faster than I expected but I won't have a chance to try it out till April 15 and 16 when I pick up my bike in Orlando and ride home.

Received on time; as described; just what I was expecting, if not more; in other words, it was heavier than I thought it would be and to me, that's a good thing. It's substantial and comfortable and I will one day be a repeat customer. Thank you

I took an 8 hour ride (with multiple breaks) on my Fat Boy 2021 and I honestly could not tell any difference with or without butt buffer. I will continue using it before passing a final judgment, but that is my honest first impression.

ButtBuffer shipped promptly and the cushion arrived well packaged. Put it on my bike and, since weather was bad, sat there in the garage imagining the open road. I did mange to take a short ride, about two hours, and it really seemed to help. I have a trip planned in a couple of months from Ringgold Ga to Spirit Lake Iowa...that will be the "real" test.
