This was our first time using BT365. After several quotes for booking Claire finally got a quote that fit the flights and price we wanted. It took several days to get the tickets issued to us, which was a bit nerve wracking. Looking at our tickets we see that a flight from Chicago to Charlotte, North Carolina was added that we did not order. We were told that it would be cancelled by BT365's Ticket Service.

Jewel was wonderful to work with. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and did her best to accommodate my requests. I found some options on my own and she was able to price match them for me, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I recommend doing your own research to identify the best tickets and then letting the team handle the booking from there — they’ll take good care of you.

Marcus spent lots of time helping my group with the flight schedule. The results are not up to my expectations. However, the schedule was finally completed. I gave 4 stars because Marcus did try his best.

Whilst I really appreciate David (he was amazing!) I was surprised and a little frustrated at how convoluted and time consuming the whole process was. I had to wait a lot for each step of the process and even though I’m pleased I will be flying premium, it was stressful. Not sure if I’d use the service again. DAVID IS AMAZING - very patient, excellent at his job, great customer service skills - He gets 5 Stars, the process gets 3/4 stars

Very responsive, accountable, Conceirge-like. Always finding us great flight options/prices, checks us into our flights, managing our trip from beginning to end. We use them for all of our frequent travel over the past 2+ years and are happy with the service they provide
