Two toys were not able to be torn a part. A stuffed elephant was sent which my dog ate in about 15 minutes. He was excited for the toys and loved the treats.

The toys & treats were a good variety. Our dog doesn't get bored so they last longer.

So for so good for the most part! Going to have to change up some toys. My son’s dog is small but mighty at 35# has chewed through all of the Kong Exteme toys (some in less than a week) we have gotten him. The 2 extreme chewer toys from Bullymake are holding out well. The pig ball is close to faceless now. Softer rubber. We won’t talk about the soft toys Lol. He has fun with them, but knew they wouldn’t last. So glad we found this brand!!

we have a boxer/mastiff mix. she LOVES the treats, but ripped up the stuffy in less than 2 hrs and the rubber pig ball, it took a few days but tore up too. the hard cow chew is still hanging on.

Hi Nicole - thanks for sharing your experience and it definitely sounds like you have an ultra chewer on your hands! We typically recommend nylon toy types for pups with the strongest jaws and would be happy to assist in customizing future boxes for you as well as getting a free replacement sent your way for the destroyed rubber toy. Just reach out to us via chat or email on our website contact us page. Or if you prefer you can respond to the request for information via Trust Pilot and we can reach out to you directly!

The toys are fine, but be careful — they charged us twice. I noticed the duplicate charge two days later. They said they would cancel one of the orders, but we still received two identical boxes. A week later, we had no refund and still had both boxes. We followed up with the same representative we initially spoke to, but she said there was nothing she could do because the second box had already shipped by the time she received our first email. They didn’t want the extra box back and refused to issue a refund. We paid 75 CAD for one box. Feels like a scam. We had purchased from them before, but this will definitely be the last time.
