Hi Tera - thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our Bullymake boxes are customizable to what works best for your pup's play style. If you would like to ensure you do not receive any further plush toys with future box shipments, you can log on to your account on our website to make that adjustment to your account. I debated getting the subscription for a while, so happy I did.
I debated getting the subscription for a while but when I finally did somehow I ordered 2 subscriptions. I sent an email in to cancel one of them expecting to hear back from someone in a week or so. No, guys I got an email with a refund already processed within like 10 mins. I’m not sure what time it was but it was definitely over 5pm I’m sure of that. Besides the excellent customer service my dog Brutus loved his toys and treats. The treats are such good quality and it’s something I actually want to give him. He loves them. These are the first toys he hasn’t destroyed within days. So happy I got the 6 month subscription we’ll definitely be renewing it.

Hello Michelle - we are thrilled to hear that Brutus is loving his toys and treats. Thank you for trusting Bullymake to support your pup's play!

Good treats, but toys not quite tough enough...
My dogs really enjoyed the treats and the toys, but 2 of the 3 toys didn't last 2 days. My 10-month-old Walker hound DESTROYED 2 of the toys. The 3rd toy is still hanging on for dear life.

Hello Polly Anne - thanks for sharing your experience with us. It definitely sounds like you have an ultra chewer on your hands! For hard core chewers like yours, we recommend our toughest material nylon for ultimate durability. If you ever receive a toy that does not work well for your dog, simply reach back out to us within 45 days of purchase via email or chat on our website for a free toy replacement with a tougher toy. We can also assist in making updates to future orders to only include toy types that work best for your pup's play style!

Our pups love the durability of the toys. They enjoy the treat packed toys. We tried some interactive play toys for this month. We are excited to see what we get.
