We love the bully box and our dogs love the toys! Wish there was a way to create a 2 dog box for a small fee so we get more than 1 of the treat toys. Otherwise we love it!

He had the stuffed animal for not even 15 minutes and broke it
Response from BULLYMAKE· Nov 24, 2025
Hi Frances - thanks for sharing your experience with us. It definitely sounds like the best toy fit for your pup is less on the cuddly side and more on the tough side, like our rubber and nylon toys. Our team is happy to adjust your box moving forward to ensure you receive toys that work best for your pup. Simply reach out via email or chat on our website and we can assist. Or, if you prefer, you can also log into your account online and make adjustments for future boxes.

My GSD and labs love the hard toys. They usually destroy their toys in 10 minutes. These toys last months. They do get rough on the end from chewing on them but they aren't ripping huge pieces off if them. These are the only toys I buy them now.

Hello Taneal - thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are so glad our tough toys are a great fit for your GSD and labs!

The rope was destroyed withing 5 minutes of playing. Still have not found a rope that will take forever to destroy.
Response from BULLYMAKE· Nov 24, 2025
Hi Katherine - thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like your pup might be a great fit for our toughest toy types (rubber and nylon) to provide maximum durability. Our team is happy to provide a free tough toy replacement and adjust your future boxes to include toy types that work best for your pup's play style. For assistance, simply reach out via email or chat on our website - our team is happy to help!

Our Willow loves the toys so far. They are definitely strong toys. She loves chewing so much that she will just sit and chews her toys for hours if you let her. We have to put them up to get her to take a break.
