Except for a couple of minor obstructive functions like approvals for incoming payments and receiving limits, I found the site thoughtfully designed, easy and intuitive to navigate on a daily basis. The integrated E-Pay and Remote Check Writing services were a real time saver. The customer service is excellent!

Subscriber since September 2021. Buildium’s platform has improved and made things easier for us over the years. We recently upgraded our subscription to Premium with annual billing to take advantage of all Buildium has to offer. We are excited about the new features being added, and participate in all the Beta features that fit our business. We look forward to growing with Buildium!

Buildium is great for managing rental properties at a large or small scale, keeps things clean, easy, and organized. There are bugs and glitches as with any software, it can be frustrating. But the customer service is above and beyond. Every support employee is very helpful and kind, they go above and beyond every time.

Helps keep my financials clean and clear!

We have been using Buildium since March-April 2025 mostly for associations and like the software. We have expanded and begin using the rental module which is a learning curve but yet familiar.
