I’ve been a Builderall customer since I’ve started my business, and unfortunately this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My business relies heavily on website quote forms to generate daily leads. On February 20th, my website stopped properly sending quote submissions to my email. Since then, the issue has remained unresolved. I contacted support on Friday, February 20th at 11:26 AM. As of Monday morning (February 23rd), the problem is still not fixed. On top of that, response times from support have been over 24 hours between replies. It makes it nearly impossible to troubleshoot anything when you have to wait a full day just to hear back. This issue directly impacted my business. I normally receive 1–2 leads per day through this form, and I’ve now lost over a week of potential customers due to a malfunction that has not been addressed in a timely manner. What’s most frustrating is not just the technical issue — it’s the lack of communication and urgency from customer support. For a paid service, especially one that businesses rely on, this level of support is unacceptable. And even if you email them like I have twice as well as tried to open tickets to get this fixed with customer service they will not respond to your emails. I truly hoped this would be resolved quickly, but after 8+ days without a fix and extremely slow responses, I’ve made the decision to move my business elsewhere. I hope Builderall improves their response times and support systems for other business owners who depend on their platform.

Hello Courtney, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how serious this situation can be, especially when your business relies on form submissions to generate daily leads. When something like this stops working as expected, it can have a direct impact on your operations. Because Trustpilot does not give us access to account details or support ticket history, we are unable to review the specific configuration or investigate the issue from here. However, we would like the opportunity to look into this properly and understand what happened with your form submissions and the support requests you mentioned. Please contact [email protected], include “Trustpilot” in the subject line, and provide the email associated with your account so our team can review the case and assist you directly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Kharla F. Builderall Team

I CANT STOP MY ABBONEMENT, they are stealing my money for months.
Response from Builderall· Jan 15, 2026
Hi Sara — this is an unusual situation, and we understand how frustrating it must feel to believe your subscription was not canceled as expected. Account cancellations with Builderall are processed immediately, and we do not continue charging accounts that have been properly canceled. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges associated with our subscriptions. In cases like this, what usually happens is that the cancellation was not fully completed, was attempted under a different login email, or was interrupted during the process, which prevented it from being registered in the system. We want to help resolve this as quickly as possible, review what happened, and make sure everything is handled correctly. Since Trustpilot does not give us access to account details, we’re unable to verify your subscription from here. Please contact us directly at [email protected], mention Trustpilot, and include the email associated with your account. Our team will investigate the situation and, if any incorrect charges are found, ensure they are properly addressed. Pedro E., Builderall Team

They are an absolute joke. They take your money, but there are always, on a weekly basis outages, websites not loading, supercheckout not loading, emails not going ou. An absolute mess of a company. If you are unlucky enough to have a problem on a friday, you are cooked, no one answers on weekends, no support , no help nothing. lost out on thousands of $ of sales because of the incompetency of this company. Last week friday everything went blank again, all of our websites, of course reached out to support , no answer until monday, no sales for 3 days.... avoid like PLAGUE !! absolute scammers

Hello Hunor, Builderall websites are designed to operate continuously, and concerns related to site availability or platform behavior are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team operates 24/7 for critical platform matters, while some reviews are handled during business hours by specialized teams. When additional details are requested, it is to help review what occurred in a specific case and provide accurate clarification. Since we cannot access account or technical details through Trustpilot, we invite you to contact [email protected], include “Trustpilot” in the subject line, and provide the email associated with your account so our team can review your situation directly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to assist. Carlos D. Builderall Team

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when a platform you rely on for your business does not perform as expected. Builderall is a large all-in-one platform with multiple integrated services. Our standard practice is to keep features, integrations, and email systems stable and reliable. When interruptions, outages, or sudden changes occur, this is not the expected experience and these situations are treated as high priority internally. Some of the issues you mentioned can be related to platform updates, third-party integrations, email provider policies, or account-level settings that evolve over time. These situations usually require a direct review of the specific account to fully understand what happened and why. Regarding the AI responses in our support system, we would like to clarify that they are intended only to assist with initial questions. Users are always able to open a support ticket directly with our team, and all requests can be handled by a human support specialist when needed. We would like the opportunity to review your case properly and provide clear explanations regarding the points you raised. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow us to access account details or previous support interactions. Please contact us directly at [email protected], mention Trustpilot, and include the email associated with your account. This will allow our team to review everything in detail and respond accordingly. Pedro E., Builderall Team

This is a full blown scam company, the take your domains and sell them on the market. They were on a youtube channel where they got exposed
Response from Builderall· Feb 24, 2026
Hello Mason, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand why this situation would raise concerns. Builderall does not take customer domains or resell them on the market. Domain registrations and renewals follow standard registrar procedures, and ownership remains with the account holder when managed correctly through the platform. In some cases, confusion around domain status can occur due to expiration, renewal timing, registrar policies, or incomplete configurations. We would like to review your specific case and clarify what may have happened. Since we cannot access domain or account details through Trustpilot, please contact [email protected], you can mention Trustpilot in the subject line, and include the email associated with your account, so our team can assist you directly. We’re open to reviewing this with you and helping provide clarity on the situation. Carlos D. Builderall Team

My affiliate account was terminated on 8 July 2025 despite meeting Builderall’s activity policy. I had a confirmed paid referral on 22 May, yet I lost access to both my account and commissions to date with no warning.
Response from Builderall· Feb 24, 2026
Hello KT, Thank you for sharing your experience and for the time and effort you dedicated to the affiliate program at Builderall. We understand that program changes can raise concerns, especially when there are questions about account status or commissions. The previous Affiliate/Associate program was officially discontinued and replaced by the new Partner Program, which operates as a separate initiative and requires application and approval to participate. In situations like the one you described, the status shown in an account generally reflects the closure of the former program and its associated terms. We would like to review your case and explore the available options with you. Please reach out to us at [email protected], mention that you’re contacting us from Trustpilot, and include the email associated with your account so we can assist you directly. Carlos D.
