I spoke with deserae Friday am, funds were approved for $500. I asked for wire transfer at my expense. Not available she said, neither were money gram or similar services. I asked her to check what other funding options there might be and to call me back. She agreed but didn't call back stating "She knew there was no option but an overnighted check". I didn't know, which would've been helpful. I didn't know I had an agreement waiting to be signed either, so I lost out on getting my check the next day, having to wait 4days. Your service is much needed as it is helpful and greatly appreciated. Her apathetic attitude wasn't, even suggested I could cancel if I didn't want it now.

Thank you for your feedback! We work tirelessly to improve our processes in order to make it easier for our clients to get the funds they need. Weekends can be tricky, and we try to send funds in the quickest way possible. We do offer a Wire Transfer service, but only directly to banks, and we typically recommend an overnighted check for that reason. We have taken your feedback very seriously, and we have adjusted our procedures accordingly. Thank you again and for choosing Buckeye Legal Funding. -The Team at Buckeye Legal Funding
