It’s the easiest thing I do in my business. Perfect customer service, easy to understand procedure, and coverage is just what I need without anything extra I do not need. No one needs to schedule a telephone or other consult to up-sell me.

Ruth Pell was my contact agent. She was so helpful since I had no idea how to handle obtaining the bond I needed for the court. She was so pleasant and understanding concerning my ignorance of the bonding procedure. During our conversations she made sure I understood all the details and would repeat instructions If I was not sure how to proceed. What a delightful lady you have working in your Ohio office. Very professional yet very knowledgeable in explaining the basics of obtaining the bond I needed. She is an asset to your company!
