Our experience with Bruno Mobility
Sales rep,Craig, was very knowledgeable and informative. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. The tech who installed the unit, was polite and gave us very good information on how to use the stair lift. He was neat and prompt.

User Friendly
It is very user friendly with easy to understand controls. The seat is very comfortable too. Worked even during our recent blackout.

This device expanded our world!
Shipping and coordination with a local support company for installation of the lift was great! The lift is sturdy and comes with webbing and hooks to lock the mobility device onto the platform. A different model of the same lift comes with an arm that locks the mobility device to the platform which would be much easier to accomplish. Regardless, we love the scooter and rack!
